Cancellation

​

You are statutorily entitled to cancel your online order within 14 days of purchase date.

 

However, as this is a perishable food item, to receive a full refund, the goods must be returned to Black Diamond Commodities Ltd, trading as BDC agri ('the Company') in a completely unopened and unused state and in the original packaging. Please note that extra packaging may be required to prevent damage during transit.

 

You must notify us on 01206 381521 or email orders@bdc-agri.com within 14 days of receiving the item of your intention to return it and await our confirmation to proceed. Refunds will only be made once the item has arrived back with the Company in re-saleable state. We recommend, therefore, that you use a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to the Company.

Opening times are 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Closed weekends and bank holidays.

Any claim that any of the goods have been delivered damaged, are not of the correct quantity, or do not comply with their description, must be notified in writing by email by the customer to the Company within 24 hours of  delivery of the goods.

 

You should examine the goods at the time of delivery. The Company will not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted on the delivery note. The Company will accept no claims in respect of goods allegedly damaged in transit or lost if the customer has given the carrier a clear receipt for the goods.

Defective goods

If the goods are defective, not of the correct quantity, or do not comply with their description, you should contact the Company immediately upon receipt, or within 24 hours after opening the product bag, on 01206 381521 or email orders@bdc-agri.com.
