BDC-agri Shipping Information
For orders of between 20kg and 100kg, we use a next-working-day signed-for courier service. Orders of 20-100kg received before 12 noon on a working weekday will be despatched the next day for delivery within 2-4 working days (mainland UK) or 3-5 working days (northern Scotland, Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
Courier drivers may leave items with a neighbour but are not permitted to leave in a porch or other 'safe' place unless specified on the original order. If you are not available to accept delivery, the driver will leave a card giving details of how to contact your local depot to arrange for re-delivery or collection by you if that is more convenient. If your item has not arrived with you by the expected date, please contact us straight away at orders@bdc-agri.com or call 01206 381521 and we will investigate.
